Simply put, Facebook lite is a simpler version of Facebook. It also has a very user friendly interface:
- A clean front page with friend updates
- A clean inbox page
- A simplistic view of the upcoming events
- A Quick loading popup chat
- A humble “People You May Know” area
It’s idle for those with slow connections.
I particularly enjoy Facebook lite because I only use Facebook to keep in touch with my friends and family. I personally don’t have the time to indulge in all those third-party apps such as Farmville. Farmville is “the” most popular app amongst my friends and family but I just don’t have the time for it. Sorry guys if you’re reading this.
